Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Blue Jungle platform. By creating an account, uploading content, or making a purchase you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old to access, purchase from, or sell on the platform. Creators must complete identity and age verification before uploading or selling content.
2. Prohibited content & conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate enforcement:
- Any sexual depiction of a minor or any person who is not a verified adult (zero tolerance).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content shared without the consent of every depicted person.
- Content depicting an unverified or non-consenting person.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, extortion, or illegal activity.
- Content prohibited by our payment partners or applicable law.
3. Creator obligations
Creators are responsible for obtaining and retaining verification and consent for every person depicted in their content, including co-performers, and for complying with recordkeeping requirements (see our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement).
4. Content review before publication
Content uploaded to the platform is screened before it is published. No creator can publish to the public storefront without first completing identity and age verification, and no upload bypasses the steps below.
Automated screening on upload. Every image and video is screened automatically as it is ingested, before any viewable copy is produced. This includes perceptual-hash matching against the corpus of known child sexual abuse material maintained by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and automated classification for other prohibited categories. A hash match against known CSAM is blocked outright: no viewable copy is ever created, the upload is preserved as evidence in restricted storage, the account is banned, and a report is filed with NCMEC. If our screening provider cannot be reached, the upload fails rather than being published unscreened.
Human review before public display. Automated screening does not by itself make content public. Every processed upload enters a human moderation queue, and content shown on public surfaces — product images and video, storefront banners, and profile images — is not displayed to buyers or visitors until a moderator has reviewed and approved it. A product cannot be published while any of its images are still awaiting review; it stays in draft and is released automatically once the last image clears. Creators can see their own pending uploads while they wait, but no one else can.
Content sent in direct messages. Media sent privately between a creator and a buyer goes through the same automated screening on upload, including the CSAM block described above, and enters the same moderation queue, where a moderator reviews it on a continuing basis. It remains fully subject to this policy, to reporting by either party, to removal and enforcement, and to all other terms of service.
Review is not a warranty. Approval means content passed our screening and review at that time; it does not transfer responsibility for the content away from the creator who uploaded it, and we may remove previously approved content at any time. For the standards applied during review, and the report, appeal, and removal process, see our Content & Moderation Policy.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, remove content, suspend, or ban accounts for violations. Reports are reviewed by our team; outcomes follow the finding, not the reporter. See Complaints & Removal for the report, review, and appeal process.
6. Payments
Pricing, fees, and refund terms are described on our Pricing & Refunds page.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
