Content Provider Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between Blue Jungle and any person who uploads, publishes, or sells content on the platform (a "Creator"). Every Creator accepts this Agreement electronically at signup before an account is created, and the acceptance is recorded with its version, timestamp, and originating IP address. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Content & Moderation Policy.

1. Eligibility and verification of the Creator

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
  • You must complete government-issued photo ID identity and age verification through our third-party verification provider before you may publish a storefront or sell content. Verification is a condition of publishing, not a formality.
  • You must provide accurate information, and you may not create or operate an account on behalf of another person, or permit another person to use your account.
  • Earnings are paid only to the verified individual who owns the account. We do not pay a third party on your behalf.

2. Prohibited activity

You may not use the platform to engage in, facilitate, promote, or profit from any illegal activity. The following are prohibited without exception, and a breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination, forfeiture of the account, preservation of evidence, and referral to law enforcement:

  • Any sexual depiction of a minor, or of any person who is not a verified adult, including any material that would constitute child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance.
  • Human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or the sexual exploitation of any person. See our Anti-Human Trafficking Statement.
  • Content depicting or recording any person without that person's knowledge and consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery, "revenge porn", hidden-camera, and upskirt material.
  • Depictions of non-consent, incest, bestiality, or any other category prohibited by applicable law or by our payment partners.
  • Prostitution, escorting, or the sale or arrangement of in-person sexual services.
  • Sale of illegal goods or services, controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated items.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, extortion, or blackmail of any person.
  • Content you do not own or have the rights to publish, including another creator's content and any material subject to a third-party copyright.
  • Fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, transaction laundering, or any attempt to process payments for a business other than your own activity on the platform.

3. Identity and age verification of every person depicted

You are responsible for every person who appears in content you upload, not only yourself.

  • You represent and warrant that every person depicted in your content was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.
  • Before publishing, you must verify the identity and age of every person depicted — including co-performers and any person appearing incidentally — against a government-issued photo identification document.
  • You must obtain and retain a legible copy of that identification document, together with a record matching each person to the specific content in which they appear.
  • You must produce those records to us on request. Failure or refusal to produce them is grounds for removal of the content and termination of your account.

4. Consent of every person depicted

Before you upload any content, you must obtain the express, informed, written consent of every person depicted in it. That consent must be given separately and specifically, and must cover all three of the following:

  • Consent to be depicted — that the person agreed to be recorded or photographed in the specific content, and to the acts and conduct depicted in it.
  • Consent to distribution — that the person agreed to the content being published, displayed, distributed, sold, and transmitted on and through the platform, including to paying purchasers.
  • Consent to download and retention — that the person agreed that a purchaser may download, copy, or otherwise retain the content, and understands that once viewed or received by a purchaser, copies may persist outside our control.

Consent must be obtained before publication, must be retained for as long as the content remains available and afterward as required by law, and must be produced to us on request. Consent obtained by coercion, deception, payment for silence, or from a person unable to give it is not consent. If any depicted person withdraws consent, you must notify us and remove the affected content immediately.

5. Content review

Content you upload is screened automatically on upload and reviewed by a human moderator before it appears on public surfaces, as described in section 4 of our Terms of Service. Approval reflects our review at that time. It does not transfer responsibility for the content to us, does not waive any requirement of this Agreement, and does not prevent later removal.

6. Rights you grant and rights you keep

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for format and delivery, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the platform, delivering it to purchasers you have sold to, and complying with our legal obligations. This licence ends when the content is removed, except for copies we are required to preserve for legal, evidentiary, or recordkeeping purposes.

7. Enforcement and termination

We may remove content, withhold payouts pending investigation, suspend, or permanently terminate your account for any breach of this Agreement, scaled to the severity of the breach and your history. Breaches of sections 2, 3, or 4 may result in immediate termination without prior warning. Where we suspect a criminal offence, we preserve the relevant content and account records as evidence, report the matter to law enforcement and, where a minor may be involved, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and cooperate with the resulting investigation. Enforcement decisions may be appealed as described in our Content & Moderation Policy, except where prohibited by law.

8. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for your compliance with the laws that apply to you, including those governing the production, distribution, taxation, and labelling of adult content in your jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from content you uploaded in breach of this Agreement.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Material changes are published here with a new version, and continued use of the platform after a material change requires renewed acceptance. Each acceptance is recorded separately so that the version in force at any time can be established.
