Anti-Human Trafficking Statement
Blue Jungle does not condone, permit, or tolerate human trafficking or human sex trafficking in any form. We prohibit the use of this platform to advertise, facilitate, promote, or profit from the trafficking or sexual exploitation of any person. Any instance of suspected human trafficking is reported to the appropriate authorities.
This applies to every account without exception, and it is not subject to appeal, warning, or a second chance. Trafficking is not a content violation we moderate toward compliance — it is a crime we report.
Reporting suspected trafficking
Where we identify or receive a credible report of suspected human trafficking or sexual exploitation, we act immediately and without waiting for the account holder's response:
- The content is removed from public view and the accounts involved are suspended.
- Evidence and account records are preserved in restricted storage and are never deleted, including where the account holder requests deletion.
- The matter is reported to law enforcement, and — where a minor is suspected to be involved — to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement and cooperate fully with resulting investigations.
How we work to prevent it
Preventing coerced and trafficked content is a design requirement of the platform, not solely a moderation response:
- Every creator completes government-ID identity and age verification with our third-party verification provider before they can upload or sell anything. Anonymous uploading is not possible.
- Every person depicted in explicit content — including co-performers — must be identity- and age-verified, and must consent to the specific work, under our 18 U.S.C. 2257 recordkeeping program.
- Uploaded content is reviewed before it is published. See our Content & Moderation Policy.
- Earnings are paid only to the verified individual who owns the account, which removes the third-party payee arrangements that trafficking depends on.
Reporting to us
Anyone may report suspected trafficking or exploitation — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person depicted. Use our Complaints & Removal form, or the report option available on every product, media item, message, and creator page. Reports of this kind are prioritized for immediate human review. Good-faith reports never penalize the reporter.
Reporting to authorities directly
You do not need to go through us first, and we encourage you to contact the authorities directly if someone is in danger:
- Emergency — call 911 (or your local emergency number).
- National Human Trafficking Hotline (U.S.) — call 1-888-373-7888, or text 233733. Available 24/7, confidential.
- Suspected child sexual exploitation — report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
