Blue Jungle

Content & Moderation Policy

This policy explains what content is allowed on Blue Jungle, how every person depicted is verified, how reports are reviewed, and what enforcement actions we take. It applies to all creators, buyers, and visitors, and supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

The following are never permitted and result in immediate enforcement:

  • Any sexual depiction of a minor, or of any person who is not a verified adult (child sexual abuse material, CSAM). Zero tolerance.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content shared without the consent of every depicted person, "revenge porn", and hidden-camera material.
  • Content depicting any person who has not completed identity and age verification and consented to the specific work.
  • Sexual content involving non-consent, incest, bestiality, or other categories prohibited by law or by our payment partners.
  • Threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or extortion.
  • Illegal goods or services, trafficking, or solicitation thereof. We do not condone human trafficking in any form and report suspected instances to the authorities — see our Anti-Human Trafficking Statement.

2. Everyone depicted is a verified adult

Every creator must complete government-ID identity and age verification with our third-party verification provider before they can upload or sell anything. A compliance record is kept for every person depicted in explicit content — including co-performers — under our 18 U.S.C. 2257 recordkeeping program. Content depicting an unverified person is removed.

3. Review before publication

Content is screened before it is published, in two stages. Every upload is automatically screened as it is ingested — including perceptual-hash matching against NCMEC's corpus of known CSAM, which blocks the upload outright before any viewable copy exists — and every processed upload then enters a human moderation queue. Public content (product images and video, storefront banners, and profile images) is not shown to buyers or visitors until a moderator approves it, and a product cannot go live while any of its images are still awaiting review. Media sent privately in direct messages goes through the same automated screening and the same moderation queue, reviewed on a continuing basis, and remains subject to this policy, to reporting by either party, to removal and enforcement, and to all other terms of service.

4. Reporting content

Anyone can report content — buyers, creators, and members of the public. Every report surface on the platform (products, media, comments, messages, and creator pages) has a report option, and the public Complaints & Removal form works without an account.

  • CSAM reports immediately hide the reported media from public view, pending human review. Reports of child sexual abuse material must be filed from a signed-in account so the report is attributable; you can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
  • All other reports leave the content live until a human reviewer makes a finding. A report alone never removes ordinary content — this protects creators from malicious mass-reporting.

5. Human review and findings

Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. The outcome follows the finding, never the identity of the reporter:

  • Content violating — enforcement is applied to the responsible account, scaled to severity (see below).
  • Content fine — anything hidden during review is promptly reinstated, and nothing happens to the creator.
  • Report made in bad faith — repeated or malicious false reporting is itself a violation and can lead to warnings or a ban of the reporter. Good-faith reports never penalize the reporter, even when the content turns out to be fine.

6. Enforcement actions

For creators, depending on severity and history:

  • Warning — a logged strike with notice; repeat warnings escalate.
  • Takedown — the violating content is removed from public view; the account remains.
  • Ban — the account is disabled and the storefront taken down. CSAM and other severe violations result in an immediate ban with evidence preserved and a report filed with NCMEC.

For buyers:

  • Warning — a logged notice for borderline conduct.
  • Creator-level block — a creator (or our team) can block a buyer from interacting with that creator. Previously purchased content is kept.
  • Platform ban — reserved for serious abuse such as knowingly false CSAM reports, cross-creator harassment, or fraud.

7. Zero tolerance for CSAM

Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed from public view immediately, preserved as evidence in restricted storage (never deleted), and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. Accounts involved are banned. We cooperate with law enforcement.

8. Appeals

If enforcement action was taken against your account or content, you may appeal from your dashboard's Safety page using the case ID from your notice, or by email using the address on our Contact Us page. An appeal reopens the case for a second review by a different reviewer, and the outcome is recorded. We aim to resolve appeals within seven business days. Confirmed CSAM determinations are not appealable.

9. Response times

  • Reported CSAM: hidden from public view immediately on report, reviewed with priority.
  • Other severe reports (non-consensual content, suspected underage): prioritized for review.
  • All complaints: reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, with the resolution communicated to the complainant.
  • Appeals: resolved within seven business days.

10. Contact

To report content or request removal, use the Complaints & Removal page. Every report and its resolution are logged with an auditable trail. For complaints, appeals, merchant details, or billing questions, see the Contact Us page.
